50mm flat burrs, stepless, quiet. does the job well for the price.

0.1g precision, built in timer, fits under a portafilter. nothing fancy.
what i want next
Dream machine
La Marzocco Linea Micra
dual boiler, pro level, tiny footprint. can't decide between yellow and red.
Dream grinder
Niche Zero
single dose, zero retention, grinds straight into the portafilter.
beans
none of the gear matters if the beans are stale. buy fresh, buy local, medium to medium dark for espresso.
